What would you do, if your worst nightmare wouldn’t stop?
The Disappearance of Emma Lausch
Ema and Peter are perfect couple. Or so it seems. This weekend they are off to seaside. But Emma had strange nightmare about aliens trying to catch and abduct her. And it really spoils the mood. The problem is that these dreams do not stop and aliens in her dream keep comnig closer and closer. But are these indeed just dreams? Or is it someone’s evil master plan? Screenplay was adapted from short story with the same title by dr. Vid Pečjak.
The Disappearance of Emma Lausch was produced by Artes Liberales, d.o.o. and co-produced by High School for Media and Graphic Technology, Ljubljana, Secondary school for pharmacy, cosmetics and health care Center for Youth Culture Kočevje/Kočevje TV and Vegova Ljubljana. The film represents an out-of-the-box case of collaborative work between students and teachers Although not solely a student project (it was produced, co-directed and edited by Boštjan Miha Jambrek) it represents a new teaching strategy. The crew split the different tasks among them, each handling his or her own sector.
